1. Initial Assessment

2. Engineer Alignment & Onboarding
We are not an HR or recruitment agency; we are a team of technical professionals, and we will only recommend engineers we are confident in, who consistently demonstrate the technical capability, professionalism, and values that represent both ElastiQmsp and your business. For embedded engagements, you meet the proposed engineer(s) to confirm technical and operational fit. -Pre-vetted engineer aligned to MSP delivery requirements -Client interview to validate technical fit and communications tyle -Provisioning into your tools, workflows, and escalation paths -Initial shadowing and knowledge transfer
3. Execution & Delivery
Embedded engineers: -Operate directly inside your PSA, RMM, and documentation platforms -Work your ticket queue, follow your SLAs, and escalate through your paths -From the client’s perspective, they function as internal staff Professional Services: •Delivered by experienced technical project professionals with extensive MSP and infrastructure delivery expertise. •Clearly defined scope, realistic timelines, and transparent cost estimates based on years of hands-on project experience. •Proven understanding of project governance, change management, risk identification, and mitigation to minimise business disruption. •Committed to delivering projects on time, within the agreed budget, and to the highest quality standards through proactive communication and disciplined project execution.
